The AGS Programme has launched Financial Products and Services factsheets and a summary of findings. The SME Financial Products and Services Factsheets were developed by Kukula Capital in  June 2022 on behalf of the AGS Programme.

The factsheets have been compiled into a directory to provide an easy to use tool for Zambian SMEs to identify appropriate financial products and services, including the requirements and terms of the financial service providers. In addition to providing an easy to
use tool, a secondary purpose of the directory is to increase transparency within the SME finance sector, to help improve competitiveness of SME finance for Zambian businesses. As the SME finance sector is dynamic, the information will need to be regularly updated. Financial Service Providers (FSPs) are encouraged to take this initiative and adapt it as the sector changes.

AGS thanks all the FSPs who provided information for the directory, and Kukula Capital for their diligent work in compiling the information. We hope that SMEs will be able to use the information provided to make more informed decisions about access to finance.
