LAUNCH Zambia Market Access Service supports Finnish companies in selected business sectors to explore opportunities in Zambia. LAUNCH offers tailored support in finding partners, exploring your product-market-fit and succeeding in the Zambian business context.
The Zambian economy boasts of a rich natural resource base and growing pool of skilled labour. The country’s high priority business sectors coincide with Finnish areas of expertise, thus creating fertile ground for collaboration.
LAUNCH offers Finnish companies two main pathways of support:
Feasibility Studies
This instrument is intended for Finnish companies with a need to assess the market potential of a specific product or service in the Zambian market. Successful applicants will receive support for up to 20 000€ in total. Joint applications from existing Finnish-Zambian partnerships are encouraged. A minimum of 25% of study costs must be self-financed.

Market Access Consultants
AGS has a database of local Market Access consultants ready to help you navigate the regulatory and legislative environment in Zambia. Depending on your needs, they will guide you on local business culture, connect you with stakeholders, and support with setting up a local office. AGS covers the Consultant’s costs for up to 15 000€ per successful applicant.
All AGS activities follow a Human Rights Based Approach. We support business initiatives that respect gender equality and promote inclusive job growth in the economy. Products and services must also consider environmental and health issues.
