Launch

LAUNCH Market Access Services support Zambian MSMEs and start-ups in selected business sectors to explore opportunities in new markets. AGS offers tailored support in exploring your product-market-fit and finding new partners. We help you succeed in a new, unknown market and navigate the regulations that come with it.

AGS gives you the nudge you need to assess product viability in the market, or expand your operations within Zambia, Southern Africa or to Finland.

The Market Access Programme offers two main pathways of support for companies with solid business cases:

Feasibility Studies

This instrument is intended for companies with a need to assess the market potential of a specific product or service, and to examine its sustainability in the target market. A successul study will reach conclusions on the project’s viability and commercial opportunities. Joint projects involving Zambian and Finnish stakeholders are encouraged. Successful applicants will receive support for up to 20 000€ in total.

Market Access Consultants

AGS Market Access Consultant services are available for those wishing to expand beyond the Zambian borders. We’ll help you navigate the regulatory and legislative environment in the new market. Your designated Consultant will guide you on specific market and regulatory issues and connect you with local stakeholders to help you succeed. AGS covers the Consultant’s costs for up to 15 000€ per successful applicant.

Applications from women led or owned businesses are particularly encouraged! We appreciate business concepts that promote equality, inclusivity and job growth in the economy.
